DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Mid-Atlantic's largest Cask Ale Event! Sample more than 30 special and limited edition cask conditioned ale from around the region and across the country at our two-day\, indoor event! Enjoy live music and fantastic food while sipping traditional cask conditioned ales.\n\nWhat is cask ale? A traditional English method of serving beer before refrigeration systems were employed for draft beer service. Unlike draft beer\, cask is naturally carbonated at much lower levels and served at "cellar" temperature (45 - 55 degrees fahrenheit). The less intense carbonation and elevated temperature allows the drinker to discern nuanced flavors and malt notes.\n\nAdmission to the brewpub is free and space is available on a first come\, first served basis. Tasting begins at 11am on Saturday\, 11 Nov and extends all day Sunday\, 12 Nov. Check out our sampler package offer available online only.\n\nThere will be special tappings throughout the day on Saturday\, 11 Nov. Please check back for more information on our expected offerings and special tappings scheduled at 12pm\, 2pm and 4pm.
