SUMMARY:Brené Brown's Rising Strong Weekend Intensive Workshop
DESCRIPTION:As the season of change is off to a beautiful start\, I am offering a 2.5-day intensive group therapy weekend on Bren  Brown's work\, Rising Strong. Based on her bestselling books and more than 12 years of research\, Rising Strong is a curriculum based on helping folks stuck in patterns of destructive relationship behaviors\, negative self-talk\, harsh perfectionism\, and anyone debilitated by deep feelings of shame. \n\n\n \n\n\nThe workshop will be held at my office at Sunstone Counseling\, 124D East Broad St.\, Falls Church\, VA 22046 on November 2-4\, 2018. The workshop will run Friday\, November 2\, 5-9pm (includes dinner)\, and Saturday\, November 3 and Sunday\, November 4 from 9-4pm (includes lunch on both days). *An optional yoga session will be offered at no additional cost on Saturday\, November 3 at 8am*. \n\n \n\nCost is $800 for the weekend\, including dinner Friday\, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday\, as well as light snacks and beverages\, and curriculum workbook. \n\n*Discounted rate of $700 for anyone who registers by Friday\, October 12\, 2018. \n\n \n\nFor additional details\, or to schedule an intake\, please email me at colleen@sunstonecounselors.com.
