SUMMARY:Cacao Ceremony with Joseph Adams
DESCRIPTION:During this ceremony we will get to experience the power of raw Cacao. Chocolate in its purest form. We will each have a cup of Cacao which is mixed with other spices such as cinnamon\, cardamon\, and cayenne. Cacao is a heart opener and has one of the highest contents of magnesium. Theobromine is the compound that gives Cacao its magic. Referred to as the food of the gods\, this compound is the beauty of the experience.\n\n\n\nDuring this intensive day\, we will do many activities centered around healing and giving love back to the self. The ultimate in self care\, individuals will be able to make great strides in growth. \n\n\n\nAs we begin to enjoy our brew of Cacao will we get to know each other and prepare our intentions for the day. We will begin the activities with a shamanic drumming journey. We will lay down and allow the drumming to bring forth the necessary aspects to come forward for healing. \n\n\n\nWe follow this with with a unique crystal meditation in which we will bring crystal energy in the body. \n\n\n\nWe then have a sound bowl meditation that will utilize harmonic cords to further connect and integrate the prior work we have done. \n\n\n\nWe will end the Cacao ceremony with a group healing by connecting everyone's heart together. \n\n\n\nIf you plan to attend please bring a yoga mat\, pillow\, blanket\, or anything to make your self comfortable. Please do not wear any perfumes\, colognes\, aftershaves\, or other strong smelling fragrances.\n\n\n\nTickets need to be purchased or confirmed before the event. This is to make sure I know how much Cacao to prepare before hand.
