DESCRIPTION:Learn the Fun of Fitness   Maintaining good health can be fun.  We will hear from four leaders in the local fitness industry who will share tips and easy ways to get fit\, strengthen\, stretch\, and heal.  This may conjure up those New Years' resolutions or inspire you to participate in the Mayors' Fitness Challenge where any type of exercise counts.  The competition with Vienna and Fairfax runs March 18   May 13.\n\n\n\nSpeakers:  \n\nKavon Atabaki - Functional Fitness\n\nBarbara Benson - Body Dynamics\n\nOlivia Jeffers - Karma Yoga\n\nHolly Winters - Burn Boot Camp\n\n\n\n$30 for members\, $35 for non-members\n\nLuncheon tickets included with Sponsorship\n\n \n\n\n\n\nEach month there will be a networking opportunity over lunch.  Meet other chamber members\, community members\, business owners\, and civic leaders to enjoy an informative presentation and a delicious meal.
