DESCRIPTION:Join us to learn how two local initiatives can support your business.  Xavier Harmony of the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission (NVTC) will brief us on Envision Route 7\, the BRT (Bus Rapid Transport) which will run from Alexandria to Tysons\, and the specific route through Falls Church.  City Council member Dave Snyder\, also vice chair of NVTA\, will address the benefits to our businesses\, as well as add a regional perspective to the environmental and transportation issues being discussed. Andy Young will give an overview of Falls Church City's Community Energy Action Plan effort with a focus on opportunities for businesses to save on utilities and more.\n\n\n\nIt's an excellent opportunity to raise questions and give feedback.\n\n\n\nLunch will be served a buffet.  \n\n \nFirst Course \n\nCitrus Salad \n\nSpring mix\, shaved cabbage\, carrots\, fresh oranges supremes with crispy wonton chips\, tossed in sesame yuzu vinaigrette.\n\n \n\nChoice of Entree\n\nCajun pasta \n\nRigatoni pasta\, cajun creamy sauce\, bell peppers\, with grilled chicken and spicy andouille sausage\n\n or\n\nGarlic noodles \n\nFresh noodles\, garden vegetables sauteed in a house garlic sauce with a choice of protein\n\n Shrimp (5 ct)  or Tofu\n\n \n\nDessert \n\nMini beignets ice cream sundae\n\n French vanilla ice cream\, topped with fresh beignets and chocolate sauce\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n$30 for members\, $35 for non-members\n\nLuncheon tickets included with Sponsorship\n\n \n\n\n\n\nEach month there will be a networking opportunity over lunch.
