SUMMARY:Choral Arts Chamber Singers "Under the Midnight Sun" at The Falls Church Epis
DESCRIPTION:The Choral Arts Chamber Singers (part of the Choral Arts Society of Washington) will be performing a repertoire from Finland in a program called "Under the Midnight Sun" This Choral Arts Concert opens up our 2014-2015 Series\, a portion of the proceeds are donated to our Young Musicians Scholarship Fund.\n\n\n\nA portion of the proceeds from this concert will be given to The Falls Church Episcopal's newly established Young Musicians Scholarship Fund. The YMSC is a cooperative effort between the Church and the greater Falls Church community with a mission to provide financial assistance to school age students who show an interest and a promise in the performing musical arts but with limited financial resources.  Area public and private schools suggest students who would meet our criteria and those students are encouraged to make an application for a financial stipend to pay for instruments and lessons.  This program is set to begin in the Spring of 2015.
