DESCRIPTION:Come have fun celebrating Earth Day! In this playful workshop for children and their parents\, we will explore creativity\, movement\, and connection to realms of the imagination. Together\, we will make springtime nature crafts\, and experience storytelling\, movement\, dancing\, and a brief meditation time with singing bowls.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis workshop is open to children ages 1-3 and their parents.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nYour Facilitator: Mary Kearns\, PhD holds a doctorate in Developmental Psychology\, with a focus on behavioral health. She has a passion for helping people of all ages develop mind\, body and spirit wellness. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher\, Certified Life Coach\, Reiki Master Teacher\, and has studied herbalism\, shamanism\, West African dance\, and more. Mary has been offering wellness workshops on various mind-body-spirit topics since 2003.
