DESCRIPTION:Week-long Summer Sessions (ages 7-12)\n\nSummer sessions at FCArts Academy are extra fun as the extra time allows us to dig extra deeply into our projects. We work collaboratively and do a lot of problem solving\, so mixed-age works great in this setting. You may choose half or full day. Musical performers cannot just sit down and expect to play a complicated song without learning to read music or gaining an understanding of basic rhythms\; similarly\, children need to understand the basic elements of visual art in order to produce truly satisfying artwork.
