The team will give a basic overview of the history and practice of massage and demonstrate 3 primary approaches: Swedish\, Deep Tissue\, and Myofascial Release. They will also introduce other approaches used less frequently at Body Dynamics\, including pre-natal massage and neuromuscular massage. If you've ever wondered how clinical massage can improve the health of your whole body\, this is the workshop for you!\n\nThis workshop will be capped at 12 participants to ensure all guests have time on the massage table to experience some of the work first-hand.
