The award will recognize an unpaid dementia caregiver who is nominated by a friend\, family member\, or themselves. A panel of HFC judges made up of current and former caregivers and thought leaders\, will select one winner who will be recognized for the following characteristics throughout their caregiving experience:\n\n  the loving support they provide(d) during a challenging time\n\n  the patience and perseverance they demonstrate(d)\n\n  the creativity they exhibit(ed)
