DESCRIPTION:The Arc of Northern Virginia's 60th Anniversary Gala Celebration will be held on Saturday\, November 5\, 2022. Our first post-pandemic gala will bring together hundreds of our region's outstanding citizens\, elected officials\, and leaders in the business and philanthropic communities\, alongside our longstanding supporters and partners.\n\n\n\nYou're invited to walk the red carpet\, pose for paparazzi\, and immerse yourself in the fun of the Art Deco and Great Gatsby era. This glamorous evening starts with an open-bar cocktail reception and silent auction\, proceeds to a seated\, gourmet dinner\, is followed by our program and live auction\, and ends with amazing live music and dancing.  \n\n\n\nEmmy Award-winning reporter Aimee Cho from NBC4 Washington will serve as our Master of Ceremonies\, and dance music will be provided by the fabulous David Akers and the Soul Shakers.\n\n\n\nThe Gala helps to raise important funds that make possible all of our programs\, services\, and advocacy education for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
