Led by experienced instructors\, this class offers a blend of yoga poses\, breathing exercises\, and relaxation techniques tailored to suit the energy of children in this age group.\nIn our lively sessions\, kids will not only learn yoga poses to improve flexibility\, strength\, and coordination\, but also develop mindfulness and self-awareness skills that can benefit them both on and off the mat. Through interactive games\, storytelling\, and creative expression\, we aim to make each class an enjoyable and enriching experience for every child.\n\nThis is a drop off class\, Parents are not required to be present during the class but please note that a parent or legal guardian will be required to sign a liability waiver before start of class to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. LOCATION:MIYU Beauty & Wellbeing: We are located at 7505 P Leesburg Pike\, Falls Church\, VA 22043\, in Idylwood Plaza\, next to Whole Foods. There is a lot of free parking spaces in front of the studio.
