Please pre-register through the MBO app or through https://www.karma.yoga/\n\n\n\nClass is free to join and pay-by-donation\, you may donate to Karma Yoga through Venmo @karmayoga\n\n\n\nWhy do we offer free classes? Because yoga is free! Who can stop you? What is not free\, is teacher time and rent.  So\, to keep the business sustainable and our doors open for a long time to come\, we must charge reasonable rates for our classes.\n\n\n\nBut we also recognize that there are values greater than money. It's a benefit for you and for society\, if you choose to practice awareness of mind\, movement\, and breath (i.e. yoga)   here or anywhere.
