DESCRIPTION:Mad Fox Brewing Company kicks off the outdoor festival season by hosting the 1st Annual Mad Fox Spring Bock Festival on Saturday\, April 13 from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm.  Serving as a tribute to the strong lagers with German origins\, the event is free and open to the public\, with music and beer samples\, as well as Bavarian-based food for sale outdoors on the Market Square located in front of the brewpub.\n\n	 \n\n	The brewery team\, led by Executive Brewer and CEO Bill Madden\, is assembling an impressive beer lineup that showcases more than a dozen bocks\, headlined by Mad Fox's award-winning Elixir Maibock (Silver Medal\, 2012 Great American Beer Festival ) and two of its collaborative efforts with Bluejacket Brewery's Megan Parisi   the Mad Jacket Weizenbock Ale and the Mad Jacket Instigator Doppelbock. Beers will be served in 5-ounce souvenir Mad Fox glasses with pouring ending at 5:00 pm (sorry\, no growler fills). The complete beer menu will be posted online at the festival page and on Facebook by Friday\, April 12.\n\n	 \n\n	Chef Dixon's festive and tasty menu will feature braised German sausages with housemade ale mustard and sauerkraut\, grilled all-beef and vegetarian hot dogs\, soft pretzels with smoked sea salt and our housemade potato chips seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper cheese-mustard dip.\n\n	 \n\n	The festival will be held rain or shine\, moving indoors in the event of inclement weather.
