And this Mother's Day\, Sunday\, May 11\, 2014\, he'll be preparing a culinary feast fit for a queen to match almost every appetite\, ideal for breakfast or lunch\, and whatever cravings mom and the family might have in between.\n\nThe hearty Breakfast Table features your choice of eggs any style or you can "design your own" omelets\, French toast with cinnamon glazed apples\, Panini with bacon or sausage\, cottage fried potatoes\, antipasto\, assorted fruit infused pastries\, bagels and breakfast breads. At the Rejuvenate Table choose from poached eggs and crab cake Benedict\, baked salmon\, penne pasta\, seasonal vegetables and assorted artesian breads. For the health-conscience diners\, the Superfoods Rx Table offers healthy smoothies\, granola and yogurt parfaits\, warm house smoked salmon\, seared tuna and grilled vegetables.  \n\n\n\nIf it's lunch mom desires\, head straight to the Carving Table for garlic and herb roasted strip loin of beef and Mediterranean spiced grilled lamb.
