SUMMARY:Mutts 'n Munchkins Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:The third annual Mutts and Munchkins Fundraising Event will again celebrate the bond between\n\nchildren and dogs. It will take place on Sunday\, September 28\, 2014 from 1-4 in the afternoon\n\nat Cherry Hill Park in Falls Church City\, VA. Our rain date is the following Sunday\, October 5th.\n\nThis year all proceeds will be donated to AWOL MUTTS of Falls Church\, a small group of volunteers \n\nwho work with military families to help rehome their beloved animal companions or find and rehome \n\ndogs who have slipped through the cracks of deployment and ended up in shelters.\n\n\n\nIt will be an afternoon of fun games and activities\n\nfor dogs and kids.  Expect a full program of live entertainment\, crafting\, painting and playing\, dog\n\nagility demos and do-it-yourself stations\, dogs for adoption\, a raffle\, Dog Massage\, Pet First Aid\, and much more.\n\nFrom 1-4 PM children\, with the support of the community will work and play to raise funds for a\n\nvery deserving non-profit animal organization.\n\n\n\nWe still need lots of volunteers to run the activity and game stations. So register to help or just come on out that day and enjoy the festival.
