DESCRIPTION:The public is invited to join local veterans Friday\, September 20 at Cherry Hill Park from 2 pm until dark to honor our soldiers who never returned home from war.  Music\, local bands\, and food will be available as well as information about the status of our missing troops.\n\nThrough the efforts of the National League of POW/MIA Families\, the President of the United States has set aside the third Friday of every September as National POW/MIA Recognition Day.\n\n\n\nThe Greater Falls Church Veterans Council is hosting this event and will be seeking donations to support the efforts of the League\, whose national headquarters is located in Falls Church.\n\n\n\nClare & Don's Beach Shack\, The Mad Fox Brewery\, and JV Restaurant will continue the honor at their businesses starting at 6 pm. \n\n\n\nContact Person:  Bob Smith  571-251-1453
