Foster's Collection: Seashells\, Fossils\, and Rocks Auction. Dr. Foster was a renowned doctor\, archeologist\, adventurer\, and an avid collector. He contributed to many of these fields assisting for twenty-eight years at archaeological digs at Kourion\, Cyprus and was the chief executive of the Cyprus American Archaeological Research Institute from 1987 to 1993. Dr. Foster and his partner Norman J. Barker assembled the "Ancient Microworlds" exhibition of magnified photographs of fossils.
