By appointment only. \nWhat is Cryotherapy?\n\nCryotherapy uses extremely cold temperatures to give you a variety of health and pain relief benefits.\n\nDuring a whole body cryotherapy treatment at Alpha Cryo\, you will stand in our super-cooled\, cryogenic chamber for two to three minutes to rapidly reduce your skin's surface temperature.\n\nWhat does Cryotherapy do? \n\nAs your skin's temperature is super-cooled\, your body releases endorphins (the "feel good" chemicals in your brain.) During the cryotherapy session\, your body reacts by constricting blood vessels and centralizing blood around your internal organs. This blood becomes super-oxygenated and nutritionally rich. Once you step out from the cryo chamber\, your brain identifies injured or weak areas of your body.
