Description
Red, White & Bleu is hosting a new educational series pairing wines with seasonal and locally sourced foods. The classes are run by a professional sommelier and feature food pairings from personal recipes that are easy to replicate at home. The first class is "At the Foot of the Alps, Piedmont Wines".
