You are destined to be together for eternity, connected by the bonds of everlasting love.

That is one possible definition for Soul Mates, but there are more. Romantic partners are not the only soul mates - they can be friends, siblings, parents, or even those you might not meet in this life. Your Soul Mates are people that you feel lovingly connected with, that you care for and about each other, that you challenge and support each other, that you help each other to grow and evolve. 

There will be people who come into your life that you have a strong chemistry with, or that constantly challenge you... yet they do not help you to feel your best or support you from a place of ego-free love. There will be people that you love and see the potential within them... but they do not grow into it; they bring your vibrational energy down and wear you out. 

We will share with you how to differentiate these people from your true soul family: the people who joyously love and support you, as you do the same for them. 

In today's workshop, Katie Vereshchaka of Supercucha joins Bonita Woods to present multiple aspects of Soul Connection.  Bonita will lead several short guided meditations to help you see yourself with your most loving and true being. Katie will follow with an EFT tapping session to set your personal intention and extend your energy to those who resonate with your highest vibrations.

Students will learn to:

• Understand our existing emotional and energetic connections to others and how we can "fine tune" our connections to create healthier and happier relationships. We will strengthen the loving aspects of our existing connections 

• Learn to remove harsh self-criticism and learn see ourselves from the loving and appreciative perspective of others 

• How changing your perspective even slightly can have a momentous effect 

• How setting your intention can positively effect the outcome of your actions
