Join Carole Toulousy-Michel as this workshop provides the basics to strengthen bones and joints, improve balance, and instill new memories at the level of your energetic body through guided yoga poses, visualization, and meditation. This new memory input engineers the repair and healing processes needed in your physical body. Indeed, yoga can help you ward off the effects of osteoporosis and arthritis.
