Description
Join us at 12 PM for a walk around our neighborhood!* A BDI clinician will lead the group through a brief warm-up at our clinic location before you’re off to the (proverbial) races.
This is a great way to stay active, meet new friends, and start a new gentle fitness routine. All fitness levels welcome!
