Join us for an enlightening event hosted by The Kensington Falls Church in partnership with Neurologist Jennifer Pauldurai, MD of Inova. This session will highlight the latest advancements in Alzheimer’s treatment, including the recent FDA approval of Donanemab, a promising new drug. Dr. Pauldurai will explore how this medication is shaping the future of care for individuals with memory disorders.
In addition to discussing medical treatments, the event will delve into common behavioral symptoms associated with memory disorders. Topics will include managing stress behaviors, agitation, resistance to care, paranoia, defensiveness, and mood changes. These insights will empower caregivers and loved ones with practical strategies to improve the quality of life for those affected by memory challenges.
Whether you are a caregiver, healthcare professional, or simply interested in the latest developments in memory care, this event is an invaluable opportunity to learn from a leading voice in the field.
