Description
Creative Cauldron's 2017-18 season is dedicated to the resistance and resilience of the feminine spirit. It is focused on women's stories (a few plucky girls). We've opened the season with The Mistress Cycle, an intelligent, sensitive and artful musical song cycle that was written by two women (Book and Lyrics by Beth Blatt, Music by Jenny Giering.) The reviews have been mostly glowing and positive, including a review and beautiful photo in Wednesday's Style section of the Post.
Falls Church Chamber of Commerce members can bring a friend for FREE when they use the discount code CHAMBER when ordering through our system (http://www.creativecauldron.org/mistress.html). This applies to the show on Thursday, October 19th at 8 PM only. The show has been running approximately 90 minutes.

“Creative Cauldron is a hidden jewel…..highlighting plays and musicals that center on women’s stories and journeys is also a laudable venture.” DC THEATRE SCENE (Debbie Mintner Jackson)
“ a fine, well-recommended musical…It is storytelling about heartbreak, desperation and the will to survive on an intimate scale.” DC METRO THEATRE ARTS (David Siegel)
"The depth and sensitivity of this production with its universal themes of love, disillusionment, risk, and renewal show us that women’s stories are humanity’s stories, worthy of our attention, consideration, and deep compassion." MARYLAND THEATER GUIDE (Jeannette Mulherion)
