Safety, Form, Technique! Here Dancing Mind's expert CrossFit coaches will build your confidence and introduce you through the 9 key CrossFit movements and several other functional movements prescribed during DMY's regularly-scheduled CrossFit WorkOut of the Day (WOD's).

Important: Student's must complete CrossFit Element's in order to take regularly scheduled CrossFit classes
