This fizzy, fermented tea is rich in immunity-boosting probiotics, energizing B vitamins, liver detoxifying enzymes and joint-friendly glucosamine. That keeps all the scary stuff out of your body!
Rachel teaches you the brewing process by reviewing the do's and dont's of making your own booch. You will leave with a mason jar full of starter kombucha, a culture to take home, and the knowledge to get brewing in your own kitchen.
