7th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Day Unity March and Commemorative Program
THE TINNER HILL CIVIL RIGHT MONUMENT
Marchers will begin to gather, make signs, and listen to speeches,
Marchers will step off at 11a.m., and will stop along the road to recognize the African American landowners who's land was taken by eminent domain cutting a road right through the middle of the Black community to create a highway as a memorial to General Robert E. Lee, the commander of the Confederate Army who fought to keep them enslaved. The march will end at the Falls Church Episcopal Church where a commemorative program will take place to honor the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

"HOW TO BE AN ANTI-RACIST"

Moderator; Dr. Amy Marshak: Formerly Managing Director at the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection and Senior Lecturer at Georgetown Law Center
