Description
May is Asian Heritage and Mental Health awareness month. We are hosting an event this Sunday, May 23rd at Cherry Hill Basketball Courts – exploring the Asian roots of Meditation, Tai Chi & Qigong, and Yoga – followed by outdoor practice. Rain location is in-studio. You may stay the whole time, chat with teachers or explore your own practice.
- 9-10am, Meditation session (Anna Johns)
- 10-11am, Tai Chi & Qigong session (James & Hongwei)
- 11am - 12pm, Yoga session (Olivia Jeffers)
Event is free. Please pre-register to reserve a spot for the sessions you'd like to learn about! Each session starts with 15-minute overview of history and culture, 10-minute Q&A, followed by 40 minutes of practice. Get ready to move!
