Come to FIRSTfriday of Falls Church and join in on the fun with dinning specials and retail therapy.  This month highlights include artists Jim Dieter and Bill Abelaskin, and aansd..  ARTful event at Clay Café Studios , tastings, yoga and more.  Irish Balladeer  at Ireland's Four Provinces and additional musical performances  at at Dogwood Tavern, and Clare and Don's Beach Shack. 

Below is a complete list of what will be happening at each location on the first Friday of the month, April 6th.  Don't forget to dine, shop, and visit each throughout the month!

• Art exhibit Blue Skies and opening reception.  Photographs printed on canvas in a variety of sizes by Jim Dieter of Vienna.  Blue Skies is an opportunity to briefly leave behind the troubles of the world, capturing that feeling of walking outside on a beautiful day with a wonderful blue sky as a backdrop for your day.   The blue skies featured include those of Italy, France, South Africa and United States National Parks.  Artist talk at 7:15.

• ADVANCE TICKET SALES for "Women of the Blues” an original music review featuring the lives and songs of some of the greatest blues divas of the 20^th Century.  Show runs May 3 – 20. Tickets are $15 adults and $12 for students/seniors.  Buy tickets now at www.creativecauldron.org.

• A Falls Church favorite, watercolorist Bill Abel will be our featured artist for April.  Meet Bill and our resident artists for snacks and convivial conversation.  Bill will have originals, prints & cards for sale .

• Class for Charity.  Join us for an all-levels yoga class for charity.  100% of all donations go to local charities.  Charity changes monthly.  Suggested donation is $10, but pay what you like.
