You are invited to join the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce for a special meeting featuring City of Falls Church Manager Wyatt Shields.
Mr. Shields will share his thoughts about his recommended FY23 budget, which includes an 8.5-cent real estate tax rate reduction, as well as a new Commercial and Industrial tax of five cents per $100 of assessed value on commercial properties. This new tax will be levied solely against commercial property owners and will be used to fund transportation projects. This will be an important meeting for commercial property owners, and should not be missed!
