Description
Hip openers - love 'em or hate 'em, they can be some of the most challenging and rewarding poses in a yoga class. Join us to learn more about the hip joint and the yoga poses that open it, then enjoy a heated practice that will have you safely exploring and increasing your hip flexibility. Using creative sequencing, breath, props, and sing-along-worthy tunes, we'll guide you into accessing poses that will open not just your hips, but your whole practice to new opportunities!
