Description
Join BNY's Jane Bahneman for an evening of sweaty goodness! Through a 90-minute heated practice (90 degree room), you will make a space as we wring it out in a detox flow full of playful poses, plentiful twists, cleansing breath work, and more. We suggest you bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle, and dress in appropriate hot-yoga attire (think loose and cool).
This class also launches our third Gouter Group Cleanse (1, 3, or 5 day options) at BNY. New to cleansing? This is a great way to try it out. Register for the Cleanse separately under "Events".
Participants in Hot Detox Flow do NOT have to participate in the cleanse - the class is open to any and all who seek a heated, balanced, purifying practice
