Join me Sunday, November 8th, 1:00 – 4:00 pm for a fun day of learning and deep dive into how to use intention setting to experience the holidays in a completely different way.
Practice creating and living your intentions each day so you don't get derailed at the first sarcastic comment you hear from your sister-in-law or drunk Uncle Joe! Learn how to navigate the stress of the holidays with joy and playfulness!
Create an Intention Sustaining Obstacle Course, participate in a Snarky Scavenger Hunt and make your own Top-of-mind Cues to help you experience each day with humor and fun.
