Considering your first triathlon this season? Curious about the sport but don’t yet know your T1 from T2? Trying to talk your friend into joining you for a race?

Come join us for a special “Intro to Triathlon” seminar where Speed Sherpa Coach, Josh Hageman, will help demystify the sport and guide you through the steps to take to get you to the start line this season.

Discussion will include brief history of the sport, equipment, training, race distances, and goal-setting, followed by an open Q&A session. Bring a friend and start planning your season!
