The Path to Handstands
Get Ready to go Upside Down!
The handstand is one of the most coveted poses in Yoga, and one of the most fun body movements to learn. Whether you're a beginner and have never done a handstand, or you're an advanced practitioner and have prior experience with handstands, this workshop series will provide you with the tools that you need to get inverted and play in space.
Learning the freestanding handstand will lay a solid foundation for you to learn many other types of inversions in the future. This series is organized into a series of progressions to help you advance through various stages of starting and eventually holding a freestanding handstand. Enjoy the process! Included: four challenging and informative 120 minute workshops, and a 20-minute video for you to practice at home.
This series is part one of three of the Get Upside Down Series, which includes True Power and Superfly Series, a total of 12 workshops designed to get you flying on your hands!
