Description
Please join us for this special interactive workshop on attracting the relationships you want. We will journey through guided visualization, breath work, movement, journaling, and starting vision boards. We will also take time for discussions about laying the groundwork for attracting love into your life.
This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of relationship status, and is appropriate for single people as well as couples. Dress comfortably, and come prepared to have a fun and meaningful experience.
Price includes a journal, vision board paper, herbal tea, and Valentine’s Day-themed snacks!
Your Guides: Mary Kearns, Your Stellar Self: Mary's purpose in life is to help people discover and nourish their Inner Light, and to teach them how to heal themselves. She holds a PhD in developmental psychology from Fordham University, with a focus on Behavioral Health. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Life Coach, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, and has studied herbalism, shamanism, past life regression, mandalas for healing, and more. She is the owner of Your Stellar Self, whose mission is to bring Light, Love, and Healing to the world by supporting mind+body+spirit wellness. Mary has been offering wellness workshops and talks on various mind-body-spirit topics since 2003.
Deborah Carusone: As an ICF-Certified Life Coach for almost 15 years, Deborah DeMarche Carusone has partnered with teenagers through seniors to bring greater fulfillment and purpose (aka happiness) into their lives. Deb has a M.A. in Education, is certified in Applied Positive Psychology, and is currently studying with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and earning her certification in Conversational Intelligence. Her practice includes one-on-one coaching and group workshops on such topics as self-awareness, balance, compassion, and self-care.
