Have the urge to turn your world upside down but don’t know how? Well look no further.
Join us for a playful exploration - building the poses from the basics on up. Learn how to prep, lift, leverage, and fly safely so that you may confidently incorporate these poses into your regular practice. You will learn how to access these pose favorites and incorporate them into your flow - all while set to groovy tunes. It’s a workshop you don’t want to miss.
