Description
Join the chamber for a delicious and informative presentation by different speakers each month. This month, we welcome Dr. Siddharth Ashvin Shah.
Beyond Burnout: Staying Human Under Strain
What if burnout is not simply about depleted energy, but about what happens to our attention, connection, judgment, and aliveness under strain? In this experiential session, Dr. Siddharth Ashvin Shah leads us to notice how physiology can rapidly shift our state of mind, consider what we want to preserve as AI changes how we live, and explore durable ways to put wellbeing into operation.
