Founded by acclaimed saxophonist Elijah Jamal Balbed (2016 Artist of the Year, Washington City Paper), the Jo Go Project blends, funk, jazz and hip-hop with DC’s indigenous sound of go-go. This will be JoGo’s CD release event for Northern Virginia – we dare you to sit still for this one!
