Open House with free injury consults from Fast Track Physical Therapy, Chair massages for donations, and free foot evaluations from Strong Foundations Podiatry. 1130am-12pm. Open House with free injury preventions seminar from Fast Track Physical Therapy. 12pm-1230pm. Open House with free foam rolling workshop from head Massage Therapist, Scott Bradley, LMT 1230pm-1pm. Open House with free foot care seminar from pediatrist Dr. George Lane from Strong Foundations. 1pm-2pm. Fundraising events from Functional Fitness VA and food from Meat in a Box.

This will be our 3rd annual fundraiser to benefit The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. This event will have multiple seminars, consultations, and events going on throughout its 4 hours. See the schedule below for the list of specific free events. A short summary is; food, injury consults, foot consults, strength training demonstrations, and always good fun.
