Address for pickup will be provided to all winners via auction invoice post-closing. Please bring your own dollies, boxes, and packaging material for removal. It will not be provided for you. **Scheduled removal windows are FIRM. There will be no accommodations made. If you do not come at your designated pickup time your lots will be forfeited without refund **. Please review removal schedule prior to bidding & coordinate adequate moving assistance.
