Description
The Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting this event, in cooperation with the Falls Church, Greater McLean, Asian American Chambers and the Merrifield and Vienna Business Associations, on Wednesday, April 20 from 8:30 – 10am at the Angelika Film Center & Café. The breakfast event will include a presentation by local fitness expert, author, and speaker John Casto, on creating simple changes in diet and lifestyle to improve health and achieve results.
