Description
Learn new techniques and exercises to ski at your best! Dr. Foster, DPT, offers tips and tricks for injury prevention and leveling up your skiing skillset.
This series will be held on Saturdays at 1:00 PM beginning on November 18th, 2023. Take advantage of our bundle ticket to sign up for all 3 classes, or select your tickets a la carte.
