Description
A 90-minute heart opening, vinyasa flow set to the sounds of deep soul. This class will focus on heart-opening poses as a means to gaining greater connection to oneself and to others. We'll explore traditional heart openers such as camel, wheel, bow, and dancer's while offering options to take things deeper and play with lightning bolt, kapotasana, forearm wheel and mermaid.
