Winter worries are behind us at last. It’s time to wring out the spring and get this summer started! Join BNY instructors Jane Bahneman and Andre Harris as they team up for a summer kick-off you won’t forget. Jane will move and groove you through a 90-minute heated practice (90 degree room) for a detox flow full of playful poses and plentiful twists. Andre, AKA Sir Vita-Mix-A-Lot, will follow-up the juicy practice with a healthy green juicing delight social! We suggest you bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle, and dress in appropriate hot-yoga attire (think loose and cool). Welcome summer of 2014 – we are so happy to see you after this brutal BLUE winter!
