Taster Tots: Picky Eater Prevention

Description

This workshop is designed to turn mealtime meltdowns into positive food exploration! We’ll help your child build food confidence & curiosity, while equipping you with the practical skills to manage picky eating for good. The Taster Tot Experience

• For Kids: A hands-on, sensory Taste Adventure to explore new foods, increase interest in cooking, and build positive associations with healthy eating.
• For Parents: The essential Picky Eater Toolkit—get practical, game-changing tips and tricks for managing resistance at home as well as vital nutritional knowledge about long-term food impacts on health.
• WHO: Kids ages 3-6 + their parents
• COST: $10 per child, free for parents/caregivers
