Join our fun, interactive workshop for kids and parents! End the struggle of dinner negotiations and toddlers living on beige food. This workshop is designed to turn mealtime meltdowns into positive food exploration! We’ll help your child build food confidence & curiosity, while equipping you with the practical skills to manage picky eating for good.

The Taster Tot Experience

For Kids (ages 3-6): A hands-on, sensory Taste Adventure to explore new foods through an interactive puppet show presentation, and to build positive associations with healthy eating. Following the adventure, Tots receive their very own Taster Tots coloring book with an opportunity to express their taste experience and receive their certificate!
For Parents: The essential Picky Eater Take-Home Toolkit—get practical, game-changing tips and tricks for managing resistance at home as well as an opportunity to connect with certified coaches and get the answers to your burning questions. Additionally, Tot parents/caregivers can schedule a free 1:1 follow-up session with our coaches.

This workshop is a collaboration between Marissa Powers of Powers Health and Wellness LLC and Anne Marie Hvid of Strategies for Better Health LLC, bringing you expert guidance in food and nutrition coaching, and family well-being.

Child Ticket is $20 + Eventbrite Fee- 1 Ticket is valid for entry of both 1 child and 1 caregiver.
