Description
As part of the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce's Spring Into Wellness Health & Wellness Initiative on Saturday, June 4th, we are offering two sessions that encompass an Overview of Meditation with Guided Meditation. The two sessions are:
10:00am - 11:00am
12:30pm - 1:30pm
We are also offering a Spring Forest Qigong Practice & Meditation. This will be offered at:
2:00pm - 3:30pm
