Tinner Hill Heritage Foundation presents it's 20th blues festival. The Saturday concert will take place at Cherry Hill Park in Falls Church, Virginia from noon until 8:30 pm - with lots of great live blues musicians, vendors, Famous Dave's BBQ, Big Daddy's BBQ, The Fisherman's Soul Food, fun and games for kids and adults.

“Call it the Blues”
(free) An art exhibition focusing on the meaning of the "blues" from an artist’s perspective. Meet the Artist reception at Art and Frame of Falls Church. The show is being organized by artist and collector, Irena Chambers.

The first festival concert begins with headliner blues great, John Hammond! The show will also feature Phil Wiggins and the Chesapeake Sheiks plus a special appearance by Roy Book Binder; "moving to the blues" dance performance by the Smooth & EZ Hand Dance Troupe.

The run in done in memory of Wes Sparaul who was a FMF Navy Corpsman, father, friend, teammate and inspiration. 100% of funds will go to a college fund for his two daughters, Alana and Ava Spraul.

The Tinner Hill Blues Festival is the only three-day event in Falls Church. There will be all kinds of blues for all ages, all weekend, all over town! Come join in the 20th Anniversary of Tinner Hill Music Festival. This one is not to be missed!
Drive in and stay the entire weekend. Falls Church is only 2.2 square miles making everything very convenient and highly walkable.
There will be additional live musical performances at dozens of other businesses including Famous Dave’s BBQ, Clare and Don’s Beach Shack, Dogwood Tavern, Argia’s, Stifel & Capra, Creative Cauldron, Red, White & Bleu, Wine and Gourmet shop plus more!
